Comfortably located near various attractions.
We faced a frustrating issue with our electronic room key that took 90 minutes to resolve. Additionally, the automated check-in process was cumbersome and time-consuming. It would have been helpful to have more information about the area available in the hotel.

7/10
Yo, the location was, like, super clutch, right in the heart of it! Got my room fast with the automated check-in, which was kinda cool. But the room was a bit cramped—like, even the fridge went off when I left. A little annoying, but the vibe was dope. And the shower? Oh my gosh, loved it!

Oh man, the steak at El Porteno Asador Argentino was stunning—cooked to perfection! Plus, the self-check-in was a breeze, allowing me early access to my Deluxe Quadruple Room, which was immaculate and spacious. The location is a stone's throw from restaurants like La Vita e Bella and Vinotinto.
The lack of an on-site staff was a bit quirky, but they were super responsive via WhatsApp for any questions. The cardboard features in the lobby were cute but kinda felt like a fire hazard. Also, the drink supplies could've been stocked better during cleaning.

The heart of Valencia is just a step away, offering an unbeatable location. Rooms are trendy, with comfy beds and a well-designed bathroom. However, expect limited amenities and noise from neighboring rooms, which detracts from the experience.

Automated check-in was a bit tricky, and power-saving features turned off the air conditioning unexpectedly.

mixed feelings about my stay
The check-in process, once resolved, was straightforward. The location is a major plus, with impressive city and landmark views right from the room. I especially enjoyed the Nespresso machine to prepare coffee, which added a nice touch to my mornings.

The hotel stands out for its fantastic central location, making it easy to explore the area. The bed in the Deluxe Queen Room was incredibly comfortable, contributing to a restful sleep. On the downside, the automated check-in process was somewhat tricky, and luggage storage could be better organized. While the amenities were modern, issues like air conditioning that turned off unexpectedly were a bit disappointing.
